Cooking Instruction:
Boiling time 7 minutes
1) Boil (approximately 3 liters of water) Put the soba noodles into plenty of boiling water, loosen them gently with chopsticks so that the noodles do not stick together, and boil. If it is about to boil over, do not add water and adjust the temperature with heat.
2) Wash (remove the soba-yu) After boiling, turn off the heat, set aside the soba-yu, put it in a strainer, etc., cool it under running water, gently and carefully remove the sliminess, and close the soba. (Be careful not to burn yourself when cooking.)
* Do not boil twice
Noodles may be cut into small pieces. Also, be careful not to over-boil.
