Delivery Schedule:
(A) 12:00PM - 8:00PM
(B) 6:00PM - 8:00PM
NOTE: When the delivery is scheduled and the driver can't contact you in-person,
House:
It will be left at your front door.
Apartment:
1) If the driver can't enter the apartment building, the order will be deliver back to the store, and additional charges will be applied.
2) If the driver can enter the apartment building, it will be left at the front door of your apartment unit.
In-Store Pickup
- Order Processing Time: 1 Business Day (24 hours)
- Pickup notification will be send via email or SMS when order is ready for collection.
- Order will be reserved for 7 days (1 week) for collection.
If you fail to collect your order within 7 days and ignore our attempts to contact you via the communication method you have provided. Your order will be cancelled and a 10% cancellation fee will be applied.
Delivery Outside of Ottawa, Ontario
Canada Post service disruptions may cause shipping delays due to ongoing labour disruptions.

If your shipping fees is less than what you had paid, the difference will be issued as store credit.
If your shipping fee is higher than what you paid, an invoice will be sent to pay the outstanding balance. If the outstanding balance is not paid within 7 days, the order will be cancelled, a refund will be issued, and a 10% cancellation fee will be applied.

Shipping Restrictions: Items from "Frozen", "Refrigerated Goods", "Seasonal Exclusive", and kitchen hot prepared foods (i.e. gimbap) are ineligible for shipping. OR if their title has "FZN", "RFG", "SE", "FD", they are also ineligible for shipping.

- Item's Best Before Date: Items are guaranteed to have at least 30 days of shelf life when shipped. However, we cannot guarantee that they will arrive before their Best Before date.
Online Purchase Best Before Date
Item(s) is guaranteed a minimum of a 30 days shelf life, unless otherwise indicated.
- If the Best Before Date of the item(s) is less than 30 days (1 month), you will received an email requesting for approval.
- If Best Before Date of the item(s) is a manufacturing code, this means the product(s) is a shelf stable food that are expected to last longer than 90 days.
Order(s) Cancellation & Refund Policy

Online Cancellation Policy (10% Cancellation Fee)
The 10% cancellation fees is calculated based on the total amount paid for the order.
i.e. Order Total (including shipping fees): $100, Cancellation Fee: $10, Eligible refund amount: $90
Orders are such as:
1) Accidental orders, requesting full refund
2) Orders that meet the Best Before Date requirement of 30 days (1 month) as explained in FAQ
3) Over 50% of the order value can be fulfilled. But the customer requests to cancel the order.
- Order fulfillment is less than 50% of the order value due to insufficient quantities will not be subject to cancellation fees (No cancellation fee applied)
- Please wait up to 10 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding Public Holiday) for the cancellation to be fully processed.
