To bring out the flavor of the candy to its fullest, we use chocolate paste with matcha powder. It has a taste that makes you feel like this is matcha.
The matcha used is from the long-established Shogyokuen Seicha in Uji, Kyoto, and is supervised by Yutaka Kobayashi, a 10th Dan tea master.
