Ingredients for 2 Servings
1/2 Cup Okonomiyaki Flour
1/2 Cup Water
2 Eggs
3 Cups (10oz) Shredded Cabbage
1/2 Oz Scallion (Finely Chopped)
3 Slices Pork Belly or Bacon
2 Tbsp Pol
Otafuku Okonomiyaki Sauce
Cooking instruction for 2 Okonomiyaki
1) Mix Okonomiyaki Flour, eggs, and water in a bowl. Add cabbage, scallion, and mix again.
2) Heat the griddle or skillet on a medium heat and add oil. Add half the mixture onto the skillet and place 3 slices of pork belly or bacon on the top.
3) Cook 3 min, flip it over and cook for another 4 min. After 4 min, flip once more.
4) Serve Okonomiyaki on a plate. Put Okonomiyaki sauce and Mayonnaise. Sprinkle Died seaweed (Aonori) and Katsuobushi (Bonito flakes) on it.
