1) Prepare a bottle larger than 1.2L and clean well then fill with 1L of water. (about 24°C)
2) Mix well until the chunk is gone
3) Ferment at room temperature (24°C) for 24 hours. Let the cap (or cover) slightly open for air circulation.
4) After ferment, close the cap and keep the bottle in refrigerator (Max 30 days)
