Cooking Direction Per Serving:
1. Bake in a toaster oven until the surface of the mochi starts to brown (at 1000W, about 2.5 minutes).
2. Do not open the door of the toaster oven, turn off the switch, and leave it for about 2 minutes. The inside of the mochi will be fluffy.
