FZN: San-O Craft Amazake (375G)

Amazake is a popular Japanese hot drink for occasional events like New Year. It is actually non-alcoholic rice syrup (like rice pudding) made from koji rice.
The enzyme in the koji rice dissolves the starch in the rice and turns it into sugar under the fermentation. The sweetness comes from the rice. Great substitution of sugar, also ideal for vegan baking.
