Meat: 250g
Onions: 200g
Carrots: 100g
Potatoes: 150g
*All ingredients are desirably chopped.
Cooking oil: 1 tbsp
Water: 500ml
S&B Torokeru Oishisa Tokekomu Curry Medium Spicy: 1/2 box
*For full pack cooking (8 servings): Double the ingredients with 9900 ml water.
Cooking Direction:
1) Stir-fry meat and vegetables with oil in a large skillet on medium heat for approx. 5-10 min.
2) Add water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer until ingredients are tender, approx. 20 min.
3) Turn the heat off, break S&B Torokeru Oishisa Tokekomu Curry Medium Spicy into pieces and add them to the skillet. Stir until curry mix has completely melted. Simmer for approx. 5 min., stirring constantly.
4) Serve hot over rice or noodles.
