Cooking Direction Per Serving (90g):
1) Stir-fry the ingredients in oil in a pot/pan (about 5-10 minutes), then add about 500ML of water.
2) When it boils, remove the scum, let it simmer with the lid slightly open for about 20 minutes.
3) Turn off the head and add 1/2 box of the roux, let it dissolve well.
4) Bring to boil on low heat for about 5 minutes while stirring it occasionally until it thickens.
