Suggestion of Ingredients (12 Servings)
Beef (or Chicken, Lamb, Shrimp): 900 g (2 lbs)
Onions: 900 g (2 lbs)
Carrots: 250 g (9 oz)
Potatoes: 300 g (10 oz)
*All ingredients are desirably chopped.
Cooking oil: 2 tbsp
Water: 1200 ml

*For half pack cooking (6 servings): Use half amount of ingredients with 660 ml water.

Cooking Direction:
1) Stir-fry meat and vegetables with oil in a large skillet on medium heat for approx. 5 min.
2) Add water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer until ingredients are tender, approx. 15 min.
3) Turn the heat off, break S&B GOLDEN CURRY into pieces and add them to the skillet. Stir until curry mix has completely melted. Simmer for approx. 5 min., stirring constantly.
4) Serve hot over rice or noodles.
