1) In a 4 quat sauce pan, bring 17 fl oz (about 2-1/4 cups) water to boil.
2) Add Ramen Noodles, Soup Base and Dried Toppings to boiling water. Cook for 4 minutes and 30 seconds or until noodle is tender. Stir occasionally,
