For 2-3 Servings
Ingredients:
1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
60 g Peeled Shrimp
100 g Diced Cabbage
40 g Sliced Carrot
40 g Sliced Onion
300 g Noodles
80 g Otafuku Yakisoba Sauce
Coking Directions:
1) Heat oil in a large skillet, sauté shrimp and vegetables until cooked for 3-5 min
2) Add noodles and stir-fry thoroughly. Put Otafuku Yakisoba Sauce and stir-fry for one more minute.
3) Dice up the Yakisoba on a plate and sprinkle green seaweed and green onion as you like.
