O-toro Bluefin Tuna (5LB)

Otoro is the fatty underbelly cut of the Bluefin Tuna with intense fat marbling. It's the perfect sashimi cut. It is usually enjoyed raw with a small dip of soy sauce.

It is also known as the "Wagyu of the Sea"
