Cooking Directions:
Combine 1 1/2 cups Nozomi Rice and 2 1/4 cups water in medium saucepan. Bring to a soft boil; reduce heat to low and simmer, covered, 20 minutes, or until moisture is absorbed. Remove from heat; let stand covered, 10 minutes. Fluff and serve.
Makes about 4 cups cooked rice or 6 (2/3 cup) servings.
NOTE: If using electric rice cooker, follow the cooking directions by electric rice cooker manufacturer.
