Nongshim's Naengmyeon is a buckwheat noodle product that is usually served in two forms: mixed in spicy Gochujang sauce, or chilled in beef flavored broth. This product is based off a dish that dates back to the Joseon Dynasty, bringing the traditional flavors of Korea in the most authentic way possible.

Cooking Direction Per Serving
Fill the tray with cold water to the inside line (260ML, about 1 cup). Add broth concentrated into the tray and mix it well.
Stove Top:
1) Boil about 800ML (about 3 1/3 cup) of water, then add noodles and flakes. Cook for 3 minutes on low heat while stirring constantly.
2) Rinse the cooked noodles with cold water, strain well.
3) Place the noodles in a bowl and pour the prepared broth over the noodles. Enjoy!
Microwave:
1) Put flakes and noodles in a microwavable bowl,
2) Add about 720ML (about 3 cups) of room temperature water into the bowl and microwave for 6 minutes. Stir the noodles well before straining. If hot water is used, cook for 2 1/2 minutes.
