Cooking Direction Per Serving:
1) Put 220ml of water (a little more than 1 cup) in a frying pan, bring it to a boil, and add the noodles. Turn the heat to medium and turn the noodles over for about 30 seconds.
2) Add the powdered sauce just before the moisture evaporates, mix well, and fry over a slightly high heat. It's ready when you hear a burning sound. Arrange on a plate and sprinkle with Aonori if desired.
Note: Just before adding the powdered sauce, you can also add about 1/2 teaspoon of salad oil according to your preference.
