Ingredients for 4 Pieces
Flour Mix x180G
Medium Sized Egg x1
Milk or Water x170ML

* Preheat to 160ºC for baking
* The Baking time is the same as Frying time

1) Put the egg and milk into a bowl and mix it well,
2) Add the mix to (1) and mix it well with a whisk until there are no lumps
3) Place the frying pan over medium heat, remove it from the heat, and let it cool slightly on a wet cloth.
*Frying pans and hot plates coated with fluororesin can be baked evenly without oil.
*If you are using an iron or stainless steel frying pan, lightly oil it before heating.
4) Return the pan to the heat and pour in 1/4 of the batter. Bake on low heat for about 3 minutes.
