Approx Amount Green Onion
1 Egg York
1000ml Hot Water

Cooking Direction Per Serving (112G):
1) Bring plenty of hot water (about 1000ml) to a boil in a pan, add the noodles and minced pork, and boil for 3 minutes.
2) After 3 minutes, gently loosen the noodles with chopsticks and boil for another 2 minutes. (Adjust the boiling time of the noodles according to your taste.)
