This is Ippei-chan's Kansai flavor, made with chewy medium-thick noodles with onion paste, sweet sauce, and mayo. Cabbage is used as the ingredient. Furikake, a combination of shaved bonito flakes, pickled ginger, and aosa, gives it a nice flavor.

Cooking Direction Per Serving:
