The antibacterial properties of raw garlic and our company's unique technology are used in this non-heated product, so the original taste, aroma, and deep spiciness of the ingredients are brought to life. You can easily make Kimchi-zuke, as well as kimchi-nabe and ready-to-eat dishes.
Momoya have created a deep spiciness by combining coarsely ground red pepper, which is fragrant and sweet, and spicy hot pepper. It uses plenty of vegetables and fruits, and has a rich finish that makes use of the umami of seafood.
It is often used as a seasoning for nappa cabbage kimchee or seafood served on rice.
