Momoya Garlic Miso (105G)

A blend of 3 types of miso (spicy rice miso, white sweet rice miso, Korean gochujang), and seasonings such as chopped garlic, sugar, starch syrup, mirin, etc. The garlic miso have a deep taste with a good balance of umami, sweetness, saltiness, and spiciness.

It goes well with raw, boiled, and grilled vegetables, and can be used not only as a seasoning to make fish and meat dishes more delicious, but also as a companion to rice.
