Seven kinds of carefully selected vegetables (radish, eggplant, cucumber, bean, lotus root, perilla, ginger) are aged at low temperature for over a month. By pickling with honey and apple cider vinegar, we have brought out a mellow sweetness, a deep vegetable flavor, and just the right amount of texture.
It can be used not only for curry and rice, but also as a condiment for fried rice and yakisoba.
