This versatile cooking seasoning adds a mild sweetness and glaze to a variety of grilled, broiled, baked and sautéed foods. It gives teriyaki and sukiyaki the full-flavored sweetness for which they’re known. And because the sugar in Kotteri is already dissolved, it’s easier to blend with other ingredients.
