Kameya Wasabi Furikake (48G)
Kameya Wasabi Furikake (48G)
The specialty of "Wasabi furikake" is the deliciousness that can only be produced by a wasabi shop in Izu.
This wasabi is sourced only from Shizuoka Prefecture and processed while it is fresh. It's hot and spicy, and if you shake it once, the scent that whets your appetite spreads.
Nori is a blend of three or more types so that you can enjoy the crunchy texture. We are also particular about eating response, and we have blended katsuobushi from a local manufacturer, traditional eggs, and rice crackers to create a well-balanced seasoning that complements not only the spiciness of wasabi, but also the sweetness and umami.
Pour it over freshly cooked white rice, and the aroma that rises with the steam will tickle your nose.
