Cooking Direction Per Serving (87G):
1) Boil 220ML of hot water in a frying pan and add the noodles.
2) Boil over medium heat for 1 min, then simmer for another 1 min to lightly loosen the noodle so that they can spread all over the pan.
3)Add the powdered sauce just before the water dries up, mix and stir-fry to finish.
* Add Stir-dry pork, cabbage, carrots, green pepper, etc. for better flavours.
Tip; If you divide noodles into 2 before purring them in the frying pan, the sauce will quickly mix them all together and it will be even more flavourful.
