Suggested Ingredients (9 Servings):
1 box House Java curry sauce mix
500g Meat
2 Onions (400g)
2 Potatoes (300g)
1 Carrot (200g)
2 tbsp Oil
1300ml Water (1150ml if cooking in a covered pot)
*For 4~ 5 servings, use half the ingredients with 700ml of water (600ml if cooking in a covered pot).
Cooking Direction:
1) Cut meat and vegetables into bite-sized pieces, pre-heat oil in pot, and cook well.
2) Add water and bring to boil. Simmer over low to medium heat until ingredients become soft (about 15 mins).
3) Remove from heat. Break curry sauce mix into pot and blend.
4) Cook over low heat until curry thickens (about 10mins). Serve over cooked rice or pasta. Store away from high heat for best quality and consistency.
*After opening, refrigerate unused sauce mix in a sealed container
