Higashimaru Udon Dashi Soup (64G)
Higashimaru Udon Dashi Soup (64G)
A richly flavored udon soup that can be easily enjoyed by simply dissolving it in hot water. It is an authentic Kansai-style udon soup made with the umami of Hokkaido kelp and the richness of bonito flakes, finished with brewed light soy sauce.
Because of it's strong dashi flavor, it can be used in a wide variety of dishes, such as clear soup, rolled omelets, seasoned rice, chawanmushi, and oden.
