Cooking Direction Per Serving:

1) Cook the frozen fish cutlet at 180°C for about 14 minutes. After about 7 minutes from the start of cooking, turn over once and cook for another 7 minutes. ※Cooking time may vary depending on the type and capacity of the air fryer.

[Pan Fry Method]
1) Pour cooking oil into a frying pan and preheat it over medium heat.
