Cooking Direction:
[Oven Method]
1) Run cold water over frozen eel, sealed in packet, until packet becomes loose from eel.
2) Open the packet, slide eel onto baking pan.
3) Cover and bake in a 180°C oven for 10-12 minutes. Ready to serve.

[Microwave Method]
1) Place frozen eel, sealed in a packet, on a microwave-proof plate and defrost for about 2 minutes.
2) Pierce holes for steam to escape on the top side of the packet.
3) Microwave on high power for 3-4 minutes.
4) Open the packet and slide eel onto a serving plate. Ready to serve.

[Boil Method]
1) Place frozen eel, sealed in packet, in boiling water.
2) Boil about 8-10 minutes.
3) Remove from boiling water, open packet and slide eel onto serving plate. Ready to serve.
