配送ポリシー

Local Delivery - Ottawa Only (Flat rate, no minimum amount required)

  • Order Processing Time: 1 Business Day (24 hours)
  • Delivery Fees: (Distance is calculated from Hungry Ninja store)
    0 to 5 km: $10.00
    5 to 10 km: $13.00
    10 to 20 km: $15.00
    20 to 30 km: $20.00
    30 to 50 km: $27.00
  • Delivery Schedule: 
    (A) 11:00AM - 5:00PM
    (B) 2:00PM - 7:00PM

    NOTE: When the delivery is scheduled and the driver can't contact you in-person,
    House:
    It will be left at your front door.

    Apartment
    1) If the driver can't enter the apartment building, the order will be deliver back to the store, and additional charges will be applied.
    2) If the driver can enter the apartment building, it will be left at the front door of your apartment unit.

In-Store Pickup

  • Order Processing Time: 1 Business Day (24 hours)
  • Pickup notification will be send via email or SMS when order is ready for collection.
  • Order will be reserved for 7 days (1 week) for collection.
    If you fail to collect your order within 7 days and ignore our attempts to contact you via the communication method you have provided. Your order will be canceled and a 10% cancellation fee will be applied. 

Other Delivery (Via Canada Post/UPS)

  • Delivery Fees: Shipping fees will be calculated at the checkout page.
    If your shipping fees is less than what you paid, the difference will be refunded via an e-gift card with a 1-year expiration date.

    If your shipping fee is higher than what you paid, an invoice will be sent to pay the outstanding balance. If the outstanding balance is not paid within 7 days, the order will be cancelled, a refund will be issued, and a 10% cancellation fee will be applied. 

  • Order Processing Time: Up to 4 Business Days (Excluding shipping time)
    *Note: Shipping time is determined by the shipping courier you have selected. 
  • Shipping Restrictions: Items from "Frozen", "Refrigerated Goods", "Seasonal Exclusive", and kitchen hot prepared foods (i.e. gimbap) are not eligible for shipping. 

Order(s) Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Online Cancellation Policy (10% Cancellation Fee)

    Orders are such as:

    1) Accidental orders, requesting full refund
    2) Orders that meet the Best Before Date requirement of 30 days (1 month) as explained in FAQ 
    3) Over 50% of the order value can be fulfilled. But the customer requests to cancel the order.

  • Order fulfillment is less than 50% of the order value due to insufficient quantities will not be subject to cancellation fees (No cancellation fee applied) 
  • Online Refund Policy:
    Customer(s) have to provide their own shipping label.
