Suggested Ingredients:
Hokkaido Macaroni Gratin White Sauce 1 Box
Water 300ML
Chicken (Bite Size) 200G
Milk 400ML
Onion (Thinly Sliced) 75G
Cheese Butter Approximate Amount
Oil 2 Tbsp

Cooking Direction
1) Heat salad oil in a thick pan, add chicken and onions, and sauté until the onions are soft.
2) Put in the sauce mix and buffalo milk in order and mix well. Add macaroni and mix again.
After being pregelatinized with steam, it is dried and easy to reconstitute.
3) Bring to a simmer, stirring over medium heat. When it boils, lower the heat and simmer while stirring. (About 3 minutes) Macaroni that is still hard can be softened by baking.
4) Transfer to a heat-resistant dish, top with cheese and butter, and bake. If it looks like it's burning too much on the way, cover it with aluminum foil.
200~250°C 10-12 Minute
