In-Store Return Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Online Cancellation Policy
Accidental orders requesting for cancellation is subject to a 10% cancellation fee. The 10% cancellation fees is calculated based on the total amount paid for the order.
i.e. Order Total (including shipping fees): $100, Cancellation Fee: $10, Eligible refund amount: $90

 Order(s) consisting Seasonal Exclusive item are eligible to be cancelled but no refund will be made. 

Orders that cannot be fulfilled due to insufficient quantities and affects 50% or more of your order will not be subject to the cancellation fee. 

Please wait up to 10 business days (Monday -  Friday, excluding Public Holiday) for the cancellation to be fully processed.

Online Return Policy
All online order(s) are FINAL SALE, no returns are permitted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and correct the issue. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items / non-refundable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as non-edible goods, gift cards, frozen, refrigerated item, and seasonal exclusives are FINAL SALE. They are ineligible for refund(s) or exchange(s).

Returns on "Sale Items" and "Gift Cards" are not accepted. 

Non-edible goods (i.e. item from "Other" category), Gift Card, Frozen, Refrigerated Item(s) and Seasonal Exclusive item are FINAL SALE, they are cannot be exchanged.
Discounted item(s) that passed its Best Before Date are FINAL SALE.
The Best Before Date are stated in the description of the item, and stated in the title as "BBD".
