The tea is made from 100% Japanese grown barley. It is slowly roasted at a low temperature, allowing you to enjoy its rich aroma. In addition, two types of barley roasted to different degrees are blended to create a deep flavor. Barley tea is made from barley, a grain. Unlike coffee, black tea, and green tea, it does not contain caffeine.

Brewing Instruction Per Packet:
[Cold Brew]
1) Use 1 sachet per 1qt/L of water.
2) In about 2 hours, your delicious barley tea will be ready.
* Adjust the brewing time as preferred, stir and remove the sachet with chopsticks or tongs.
[Hot Brew]
1) Bring the water to a boil and remove from heat.
2) Put 1 sachet in the kettle per 1-1.5 qt/L.
3) After 10 minutes, stir and remove the sachet with chopsticks or tongs.
