Morita White Soy Sauce (300ML)

Born in the Hekinan region of Aichi Prefecture, this amber-colored soy sauce is made from wheat, which is lighter than usukuchi soy sauce. The taste is mild yet sweet and has a unique aroma.

Ideal for dishes that bring out the color and flavor of the ingredients, such as tamagoyaki, grated yam, mixed rice, soup, and chawanmushi. Also, if you use it for hot pots, oden, rice bowls, and noodles, you can enjoy a different color and taste than when using Koikuchi soy sauce. Compared to its light color, it contains more salt, so be careful if you are not used to it.​
