There is no need for extra seasoning. Perfect combination of flour, corn starch, garlic, onion, black pepper and more delivers marvelous flavors.
With pre seasoned Chicken Frying Mix, you can make really crunchy and delicious fried dishes and menus.
Cooking Direction:
1) After cleaning the chicken, cut it proper sizes and cut it partly for marinating. Marinate it in the milk for 30 minutes.
2) Mix 200g of chicken frying mix and 340ml of cold water until it is smooth batter.
3) Coat the chicken with Chicken Frying Mix. Coat the mixed batter on the chicken.
4) Fry the coated chicken in 170°C oil in deep fryer for 10 or 11 minutes.
