Product Details
”White stew” is a dish of stewed meat and vegetables with white sauce, cream or soymilk. This is a block form stew mix made of wheat flours, spices, seasonings, oil and vegetable powder. Simply stir-fry meat and vegetables of your choice, add water and this mix in, stir as they dissolve, add milk and simmer. You can cook a tasty white stew very easily.
Enjoy with bread, noodles and it goes perfectly well with rice. You can use as a sauce for meat dishes, gratin or ingredient for potpie, as a dipping sauce for steamed vegetables. Additionally, this product is dairy-free, which can be enjoyed by many of our customers. Tasty White Stew Mix contains no meat derived ingredients.
Suggestion of Ingredients:
MEAT (CHICKEN or PORK) or SEAFOOD: 2/3 lb
ONION: 1 lb
CARROT: 1/3 lb
POTATO: 2/3 lb
COOKING OIL: 2 tbsp
WATER: 3 3/4 cups
MILK: 3/4 cup
S&B TASTY CREAM STEW SAUCE MIX: 1 box
*US 1cup:approx.240ml
Cooking Direction Per 8 Servings:
1) Cut MEAT, ONION, CARROT, AND POTATO into bite-size pieces.
2) Heat oil in saucepan, cook MEAT and VEGETABLES until onions are lightly browned.
3) Add WATER and bring to a boil. Reduce heat. cover and cook over medium heat for approx. 20 minutes.
4) Remove from heat, break S&B TASTY CREAM STEW SAUCE MIX and put into mixture. Stir until completely melted. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
5) Add MILK and simmer again.
*FOR HALF PACK COOKING (4 Servings): Use half amount of ingredients with 2 cups water.
