“Golden Curry” is made with S&B original curry powder and features rich aroma of spices and herbs. It is long-loved by many customers worldwide since its introduction.
A block of Golden Curry Mix consisting of curry powder, flour, spices and seasoning could quickly transform mundane stew into fine curry simply by adding them to the mixture. Spicier than hot. It has good balance of rich aroma and spiciness. S&B Golden Curry Mix contains no meat or meat derived ingredients.
Enjoy with rice, bread, noodles, and buns, etc. Using it as a sauce for potatoes or meat dishes, or as a dipping sauce for steamed vegetables is another way to enjoy.
Suggestion of Ingredients (12 Servings)
Beef (or Chicken, Lamb, Shrimp): 900 g (2 lbs)
Onions: 900 g (2 lbs)
Carrots: 250 g (9 oz)
Potatoes: 300 g (10 oz)
*All ingredients are desirably chopped.
Cooking oil: 2 tbsp
Water: 1200 ml
S&B GOLDEN CURRY: 1 box
*For half pack cooking (6 servings): Use half amount of ingredients with 660 ml water.
Cooking Direction:
1) Stir-fry meat and vegetables with oil in a large skillet on medium heat for approx. 5 min.
2) Add water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer until ingredients are tender, approx. 15 min.
3) Turn the heat off, break S&B GOLDEN CURRY into pieces and add them to the skillet. Stir until curry mix has completely melted. Simmer for approx. 5 min., stirring constantly.
4) Serve hot over rice or noodles.
